A pre-purchased ticket is required to confirm a booking, tickets are available to purchase here on our website, tickets don’t have to be printed, you will receive a booking ID that you can display on your phone when boarding.

Tickets may be available at our office on Quay St on day of sailing on a first come first served basis after all pre-booked ticket holders have boarded the vessel.

Late arrivals will only be accommodated if space is available or will be offered places on the next available.

It is advisable to arrive at the departer point  20 minutes before departure time.

Please ensure your tickets are purchased for the correct number of adults/children/seniors.

Donegal Bay Waterbus reserve the right to charge the appropriate entry fee to anyone who cannot validate

For scheduled sailings refunds are only available if a cruise is cancelled.

Carry on alcohol is not allowed on board.

The Captain reserves the right to refuse passage & to change sailing times, schedules and embarkation/disembarkation point without prior notice and some sailings may also be subject to minimum numbers.

A full refund is issued if sailing is cancelled due to adverse sea or weather conditions.

No refund given if reservations are cancelled within 24 hours of departure time.

No refund given if reservation is booked and cancelled within 24 hours of departure time.

Refunds will not be given to groups (minimum 10 people) cancelling within 48 hours.
